About Me
Hello there.
Third culture kid. Music lover. Visual organization lover. Interior design geek. Big fan of human minds. And variety. Mental health advocate. Passionate about “deep” conversations.
Couldn’t pick an identity, so here are five.
Get to know me, a bit.
As a Taiwanese-Egyptian who grew up in four different countries, I learned to adapt quickly and appreciate life through multiple cultural lenses—fueling my love for connecting with people from all walks of life. My lifelong love of art—whether through music, digital media, painting, poetry, or photography—has propelled a deep fascination with both the human mind and the way we connect with one another.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Visual Arts from the University of British Columbia, and aim to use this dual foundation to design meaningful and impactful experiences—both digital and spatial—that speak to emotion, function, and identity.
I bring a wide-ranging skillset that reflects my curiosity and passion for learning across disciplines. My toolkit spans digital design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut), research and analysis (SPSS, NVivo, Qualtrics, Excel), marketing and CRM platforms (Later, Shopify, Klaviyo, Salesforce, Quickbooks), and other creative tools (SketchUp, Logic Pro X, Serato). This multidisciplinary fluency allows me to approach every project with both creative range and technical depth.

Why Design?
Design has always lived in the background of my life—quietly, then all at once.
My mother, an artist, sparked my creative instincts early: enrolling me in music and painting lessons, handing me a camera to document the world around me and nurturing an eye for composition and order.
Growing up across Taipei, Dubai, Cairo, Vancouver and now Calgary—and travelling through over 20 countries—shaped how I see space, form, beauty and identity. From ancient temples in Kyoto to Middle Eastern textiles, from lush Taiwanese mountains to modernist European cities, I’ve learned that what’s beautiful is always personal. While I studied Psychology and Visual Arts, and built a career in digital marketing, it’s in design—whether spatial or digital—that I’ve found the truest expression of my curiosity, my cultural roots, and my love for creating meaningful, human-centered experiences.
