I started at Alera Skin Care, creators of Zensa Skin Care, in January 2023 as an Office & Sales Coordinator. 11 months later, our Marketing team requested my switch in departments purely based on my love of taking content on a regular, daily basis to become the Social Media & Marketing Coordinator—an opportunity I gratefully cherish. I spent one year managing @zensaskin social channels across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, constantly observing social trends and reporting on KPIs to inform future strategies and content.

Social Media Management

Scheduled monthly content calendars on Later using organic, repurposed and paid content, conducted monthly reporting on KPIs to inform future content calendars and managed all social DMs and interactions.

Zensa’s Instagram saw a 30% YoY follower growth and achieved a viral influencer collaboration about topical steroid withdrawal garnering over 3.5M views. Zensa’s TikTok achieved multiple viral videos, with the top performing achieving over 500K views.

Content Creation

Acted as the face of the brand on TikTok for over a year.

Created and edited trending reels, listicle-form videos and carousels that depicted skincare tips and hacks, skincare concerns and issues and company culture/workplace humour.
